A Semi Typical Day

        Woke up

Got my hungry boys breakfast

Gave my boys medicine for their colds, ear infections, teething, etc

Did the dishes and cleaned up a messy baby

Went to get in the shower, realized the bed wasn't made

Went to make the bed, realized the sheets were due to be washed

Threw the bedding in the wash

Held a fussy baby clinging to me, got the fussy baby some milk

Wished my husband a good day off to work

Talked to the babysitter about my Friday lab

Had to call someone else to watch my boys for Friday lab

Thought about going to the gym, realized there was no way

Finely got a shower

Had to run to the pharmacy to get medicine for the my cold and other stuff for that special crampy time of the month

Put my baby down for a nap

Made phone calls to rearrange some appointments

Called my pregnant sister who's due anyday to check in on how she is feeling

Started assembling a work desk

Went to throw away the packaging and realized the trash was full

Took out trash

Made lunch for a hungry boy

Cleaned up the dishes

Gave more ear infection medicine

Worked on the desk some more

Put bedding in the dryer

Tried to get a little boy to take a nap, fell asleep next to the little boy but got woken up by a baby who was done with his nap

Made a baby lunch

Cleaned up a messy baby

Held a cranky baby 

Changed a poopy diaper

Got after a little boy for not taking a nap

Worked on the desk some more

Changed a soaking wet baby who went swimming in his clothes

Greeted my husband home for the day and talked for a bit

Finished the desk with the help of that wonderful husband

Held a cranky baby some more

Got the baby some leftovers for dinner

Helped a sister on the phone with editing her blog

Cleaned up the dinner off of the floor and off the baby, obviously did not like

Gave a cranky baby some medicine

Took the boys to the office store to grab another chair before the sale ended

Got taco bell for dinner since it was too late to start dinner

Got kids eating dinner

Made pear shakes for everyone so we could use the pears up before they go bad

Got a baby ready for bed

Tucked the baby into bed

Assembled a chair

Took out the packaging and remembered it was trash day tomorrow

Took trash out to the curb

Got after a little boy to get ready for bed

Put a little boy to bed

Vacuumed the carpet

Went into the kitchen to do dishes, blew off the dishes to do homework

Finished homework assignments

Went to get pajamas on, realized the bedding was in the dryer

Made the bed

Got ready for bed

Now going to bed!

And they say housewives have it so easy.
