We were driving home from church today and Owen told me he learned something super important today. My ears perked up since most of the time when we ask him what he learned, he says nothing or he'll talk about how some kid and him were laughing about poop or butts, which of course I frown on. But that's usually how it goes.
Anyway he proceeded to tell me a story about a little boy who didn't have money to buy some candy he wanted at the store so he stole it and ate it. Then later the little boy had to go back to the store and tell the store man he was sorry.
I loved the way Owen told the story so intently. And even at his young age this story taught him something and made an impression on him.
